Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet

lose weight by eating six hunger-controlling meal replacement special
cookies (with a choice of oatmeal raisin, chocolate, blueberry, banana
and coconut) plus a reasonable dinner each day and being able to lose
an average of ten pounds a month.

possible to satisfy hunger and lose weight without any drugs.
According to the website, it is important to check
with a doctor as to whether the approximate 1,000 calories a day is too
low (even at 1200 calories the consumer should lose weight) and whether
it is approved for the consumer to go on the diet. Moreover, the
website claims, their products has already helped more than 1/2 million

| "...a
very healthy, oatmealy version of a chocolate chip cookie. I would
suggest either plan if you're looking to lose weight fast OR as a once
a day supplement (they do have a lot of vitamins). It is expensive for
both plans, but most diets offering a plan along with the foods are." |

| "I
have been on this diet for 3 weeks and have lost 13 pounds. The first
two days were the hardest, but I got used to eating the cookies, I
can't wait to lose more, more, more. This is by far the easiest diet I
have ever been on. And I work out about 3 times a week too" |

| "...The
first couple of days, I struggled. I felt hungry (more psychological
than physical), and I had a hard time getting the cookies down. The
texture is quite spongy, yet the cookies seem dry. Very weird
consistency! Thanks to the reviewer who suggested heating them up, I am
finding that they aren't too bad and they are completely satisfying my
hunger (and I'm not even eating all 6). I'm down 4 lbs already, so I'm
hopeful that I'll meet my goal of a 15 lb loss. I don't mind exercising
at all, but due to an injury, I'm limited to reducing calories at this
point. The cookies are easy -- no calorie counting, no food planning,
and easy to bring along with you." |
