fruits and vegetables with a high content of water and fiber, these
will help you create an energy to keep going all day, on the other hand

will help you in your health and vitality.
Change the carbohydrates in your diet. To pack
your diet with healthy carbohydrates change your white bread for whole
grain, white rice for brown and so on. By doing this you will find that
you will fill full longer because of their high content in fiber and
they will also give you an energy that will last a lot longer.
Drink a lot of water, using it as a substitute for
coffee, alcohol, and any soft drinks. By doing this you will reduce
your daily calorie intake by quite a lot. Drinking a lot of water will
also help you clean a lot of toxins inside your body. You can also add some multivitamins to your diet, as they will give you the nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis.
Changing you lifestyle is also a very important
factor when trying to loose weight, by following a good routine with
your meals, a bit of daily exercise and sleep, you will find that you
start to feel a lot healthier even before you start to notice the
weight loss.
When exercising you do not have to spend hours a
day working out down at the gym, with a couple of ten minute work out
exercises a day you will burn the unwanted calories in your body and
help rest your metabolism. Simple exercises can be done during the day
to burn calories, such as using the stairs instead of the elevator.
Try to avoid eating before you go to sleep and if
you do eat before bedtime, a small healthy snack such as cereals with
fiber, fruits and low fat milk or some crackers with cheese are good
options as they do not have a high content of calories and the fiber
will help you rest easier and wake up feeling a lot better.
